Dr. Vir is an experienced and caring endodontist with both a clinical and academic background. He earned his B.A. from UCLA in 1993 and his D.M.D. from Boston University School of Dental Medicine in 1997.  After graduation, he served as a general dentist in the US Navy for three years, which included an AEGD (Adv. Education General Dentistry) residency. Subsequently, he maintained a private practice in the Los Angeles area while teaching part-time as a Clinical Asst. Professor at USC School of Dentistry from 2002-2008. He earned his M.S. in Molecular Microbiology and Immunology from USC School of Medicine in 2010 and in 2013 graduated from the Advanced Endodontics Residency program at University of Maryland Dental School in Baltimore.
